The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made, without penalty and without specifying the reasons, within 30 days from the time when he himself, or a third party designated by him in writing, acquired physical possession of the goods.

Notice of withdrawal, to be sent to Starline S.r.l. - Piazza Della Repubblica, 5 - 21100 - Varese (VA), may be made by using the Standard Withdrawal Form, which can be found attached to the ORDERED PRODUCTS SUMMARY, or by any similar explicit statement sent by post or by toll-free fax 0321 1692181 or to info@starline-europa.com.

The burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the Customer. Will be borne by the Customer the cost of returning the goods received, which must be returned or returned to Starline within 14 days after sending the notice of withdrawal, in their original packaging and without any lack.

Starline, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, and in any case only after receiving the goods, will refund the Customer in full the amount paid, with the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

The Customer shall be liable for any handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation. In any case, any shortage or damage to the goods received will be the responsibility of the Customer. Goods sealed for hygienic and microbiological anti-contamination reasons may not be opened, under penalty of forfeiting the possibility of return.
